Pictures of India - Week One

Wild dogs. These are everywhere and the girls think it is amazing! They don't bite or bother anyone. We tell the girls not to touch them. This is more for hygiene, and of course, they are never to touch any dogs they don't know, anyway. But these dogs do not bother anyone, so they are not a danger at all.

Kayla's bedroom, a typical Indian cot, a very small bed with only the wooden frame and a single mattress.

Kayla taking a 'bath'.

Our living room. We were able to get the couch and both chairs (which are pleather), for about $250 American dollars - an amazing deal - as were all of our furnishings.

A standard countertop stove. These are purchased separate and placed right on the counter with a large gas tank source. We purchased a two-burner, the least expensive, they also have three-burner and four-burner stoves available.
